It starts with the personal introduction of each new caregiver. It continues by staying in touch with you and your caregiver(s) to manage and monitor your services. Should your needs change, we adjust care plans or caregivers as needed.
Communication, communication and more communication is our mantra. Communication is paramount – news and updates regardless if they are good, bad and/or indifferent from your caregiver will be a few minutes late to we’re coming over with birthday cake and flowers. We also believe that no one should celebrate a birthday alone (thus the cake and flowers) or be alone on their journey home.
We return phone calls. Should you call outside of regular business hours, we have a 24 hour live operator to take messages and you will receive a timely returned phone call. Questions about scheduling, billing, staffing or a change in service will be addressed promptly and with a smile.
